The project demonstrates how housebuilders can achieve a generous ratio of large windows to walls on forward elevations. As well as a well proportioned ratio between the shape of windows in relation to the facade, including good examples of symmetry between two halves of the elevation. The houses show a good mix of building materials and detailing.
