The perimeter block layout and back-to-back  dwellings delivers a site layout which responds to  the historic form of the  area. Three and four storey townhouses are placed next to each other giving the impression of a larger building which lines the street. The building is constructed from a robust palette of materials which is reflective of the areas industrial past, marrying the old and the new with the use of brickwork and corten steel, while the vertical proportion brings elegance to the facade.
